Here's an email from Adam. I also spoke to another family last week who knew of a family who had a LID of Nov. 15 and had just missed the cut-off of Nov. 14. Adam is saying Nov. 8, so the referrals are coming for LIDs somewhere between Nov. 8 and Nov. 14. You're getting there one tiny step at a time!

Dear colleague,
Group 121B got referrals recently. Their dossiers were submitted in last Nov., LID Nov. 8.
The average age of the children is a little over 15 months.

I think they are a bit behind since we have known for a few weeks that the cutoff was the 14th!
