our CPS clearance (the original) came in and our social worker will be getting it to the courts - I think early next week. (We'll say the 8th just to count) That means 2 weeks from then would be the 22nd. I would likely get it back to us on the 25th. That MAY work for us taking the update to China with us. Our agency liason says don't worry about that but I do - I don't want a reason to get stuck in China with no way to bring Sarah home. I'm hoping to get the paperwork earlier than the 25th.

I'm going to ask the social worker to send the update directly to CIS to get the extension on our 171H started. That expires on August 25 and we have to be home from China by that date. If we go the extension we would have a little breathing room. Of course, I'm still praying that we are back LONG before then!

So the prayers - that our update flies through the courts and is back to us in less than 2 weeks. That our travel is before the end of July but right after we get the update - a day or two would be nice but it would also be nice to know that it is before hand so I'm not stressing that we don't have it until a day or two before!
That the extension happens very quickly in case we need it - but pray we don't!
